ABOUT ME

I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I have an extensive background working with adults and adolescents across all settings including outpatient, inpatient, IOP, PHP and RTC. My areas of expertise include but are not limited to anxiety disorders (GAD, PTSD, OCD, Panic Disorder, Social Anxiety and Phobias), depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia and psychotic disorders, substance abuse, impulse-control disorders, and autism.

Prior to opening my practice, I held positions as a PMHNP at SohoMD’s private practice in Manhattan, NY; SCO Family of Services in Brooklyn, NY working with adolescents on the brink of entering the juvenile system; and most recently working in the Dallas-Fort Worth area at a variety of inpatient, IOP, PHP and RTC settings while maintaining a private practice caseload. As a registered nurse, I worked at Children’s Medical Center of Dallas in their suicide prevention (SPARC) and PHP programs for children and adolescents.

Additionally, my educational clinical experiences include rotations at various outpatient and inpatient programs throughout Dallas, TX ranging from behavioral modification to substance use across all ages with psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners alike.
